Florida Unemployment Cost Management Inc is the owner of Helpmepass.net website and its billing service provider.

At Helpmepass.net, we’re confident in the quality of our audio prep lessons we sell and the work that we put into getting them ready for you so you can pass your licensing exam.

If you don’t pass the licensing exam we’ll issue a prompt and full refund. There’s only ONE condition: you must take the licensing exam and email us a copy of your licensing exam official score report to support@helpmepass.net

Restrictions:

The money back guarantee only applies within 60 days following the Purchase Date. To be approve for money back, you must take the licensing exam within 60 days following the purchase date and if you don’t pass, you’ll be refunded no questions asked but you must email us a copy of your licensing exam official score report to support@helpmepass.net

Failure to receive or download the product, as well as inability to install or use it due to deficient or inadequate software or hardware, or due to lack of related skills, does not constitute grounds for refund. Valid email address must be provided for delivery. If a technical problem arises contact our customer support, we promise to  do our best to help  fix the problem.
